We’re looking for Software Engineers - Golang to join one of our teams: CRM, Customer Care, Origination Delivery, and others.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll participate in building and maintaining backend services using Go, working closely with more experienced engineers. You’ll help improve existing services, investigate issues, and gradually learn how to work with performance and reliability topics. We're still in the early stages of our growth, so you’ll be able to contribute to real product features and gradually take more ownership as you grow.

  • Interactions with other teams for the successful implementation of tasks
  • Participation in backend architecture discussions and gradual involvement in service design
What makes you a great fit:
  • 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Golang)
  • Commercial or hands-on experience with Gо. Knowledge of other programming languages will be a great complement to your experience with Golang
  • An interest in working closely with developers and a genuine desire to help them in their daily workflows
  • You love automating routine processes
  • You enjoy writing high-quality tests and take a responsible approach to code quality
  • You have a strong understanding of how the technologies in our tech stack work
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
  • You’re genuinely interested in how AI pipelines are built and you actively use mainstream AI tools
