Customer Service team is engaged in creating an interface for customer support agents to ensure fast and high-quality service. It also creates a variety of tools for other agents who work with customers at different stages of the product.

- Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
- Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
- Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development.
- Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
- Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
- Finding solutions for complex issues on production
- End-to-end product development requirements management
What makes you a great fit:
- At least 3 years of experience as System Analyst.
- Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes.
- UML/BPMN experienced.
- Experience maintaining living system documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- REST/gRPC models knowledge.
- Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability.
- Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Ability to ensure predictability of delivery by reducing uncertainty through detailed system analysis.
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
- Strong communication skills to act as the first point of contact for any questions about system functionality, bridging business and engineering.
